Carolynne Saffer received an Illinois SARE travel grant to attend the Midwest Organic & Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) conference in La Crosse, WI back in February. There were workshops and speakers plus vendors and so much information, all focused on organic farming, packed into just three days.
