Our “Chores and Smore’s” farm tour took people around the Spence Farm, highlighting the animals and vegetables raised on the farm, with a bit of local history and discussion of sustainable agriculture in the mix. It was so dry out at the time that we couldn’t have a campfire so the participants returned to the Phelps 1860′s School House and relaxed, had some lemonade, and ate some marshmallows - especially this little girl here!
