BLOOMINGTON, IL-“It’s not too early to start planning for next season’s crops”, says University of Illinois Extension Local Food Systems and Small Farms Educator Chris Konieczka.  Using transplants is an effective way of producing quality crop plants early in the season, standardizing germination, and competing with weeds.  Join Konieczka and Dixon Springs Agricultural Research Center Horticulture specialist Jeff Kindhart for an informative webinar on successful transplant production.
